Saturday, May 12th means one thing for British/European car lovers in our neck of the woods: Springtime in the Smokies presented by Blount British Cars, Ltd., a non-profit group especially dedicated to the appreciation of these outstanding vehicles and The English Auto Society of Knoxville. Come see a fantastic array of British/European cars and motorcycles at the Talley Ho Inn in Townsend, Tennessee, meet other car buffs, and make plans to buy your own and join one of these fun groups of car lovers in their other adventures throughout the year!
May 17-20 will see car lovers converging on the Inn at Christmas Place yet again for another stand-out vehicle display when the Smoky Mountain Classic Chevy Roundup rolls into town! Browse row upon row of these restored beauties, over a hundred in all! Fun music and delicious food from vendors will round out this event! Bring the whole family. The same weekend – May 17-19 – you’ll hear a little thunder rumbling, regardless of the weather. The First Annual Grand National F-100 Ford Reunion will take Pigeon Forge by a storm! There will be an exciting parkway cruise from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg and a chance to browse vendors from all over the United States at the event’s host site, the Music Road Resort in Pigeon Forge. If it’s Pontiacs that set your car-loving heart ablaze, come the last day of the month to see the kick off of The Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge Car Show, an annual show and swap meet that runs through June 3rd. Also held at the Music Road Resort, this event showcases some of the most beautiful Pontiacs around!
